you can look for Pippa's Guardians, they're very very good which I compared 2 other companies. Though they are very expensive (about GBP900 per term) but each email or whatsapp is very detail. They meet students twice a term, speak to respective tutor, housemaster & matron, then report to parents. Can pay extra for them to collect school report and speak to teachers, that's why we used their service to provide the best support to our dear son.
They have different regional managers for different parts of England, Ben Hughes is the managing director and he will assign one based on school location.
