CDNIS has two large outdoor play areas: one as playground for lower primary kids to run, ride tricycles/scooters and socialize, one as a sports field for all sorts of sporting activities. Given it is located within HK Island, it is not too bad.

The new IMS Stanley campus should be pretty good too although i haven't paid a visit myself.

Hong Lok Yuen should have a good outdoors facility as with most IS in the NT area.

Lantau Int'l School is right next to the beach and has plenty of outdoor areas, although the mosquito situation is pretty severe at the same time.
