Just registered in lunch time, my boy is in Class 1B.
First meeting is July 11 start 9:05, only 1 parent and kid - let them meet their class teacher.

My boy (1B) class teacher is Ms. Yeung, she teach
Eng/Chi/Math = a lot of time spent with her class,
so everyday we hv to bring these 3 subject text book.
It seems she is quite friendly but already disclose
1st Eng. dictation wl be the 'alphabets' and their name.

Just ask my boy to do the Eng writing Mon - Fri;
Chinese writing I made some copies for practice, but only
return those 2 pages, Miss Yeung said the purpose just to
keep the boys practice during holiday

Thse days just looking for School bag info, not yet decide
which brand !

Dear All,

I also bought the SPI school bag - the one with Dog
printing as my boy love dogs very much!
Sept 3 - Ms. Yeung said a small backpack with notebook +
pencil box
Sept 4 - bring all the 'workbook' to keep in school

Soon our honeymoon is over, I'm quite worry about
the 'new life':tongue:

Hi youngmami,

Only workbooks, not all textbook! 1B Class teacher
Ms. Yeung teaching Chi/Eng/Math, she already adv hv to
bring these 3 subject books daily as she may not follow
exactly as time table.
Don't worry, probably they wl hv Timetable on Sept 3.

'nervous" feeling to myself.

Last nite check the 'notes' from Jul 11 meeting, the
orange paper adv us to practice/train our boy to pack
their school bag...........and the white paper state only
bring first term workbook; and hand back their Eng
writing and Chinese writing paper.

I put name label on top right corner, as I remember
Ms. Yeung adv our boys no need to turn back the
book for their name.
I think I wl not sleep well in Sunday, too nervous

For the Health yellow form I filled in the POA allocation nr.,
the same nr. which we applied P.1 first round and lucky
draw.
Yesterday I did not give my boy snack and water bottle as I think there wl be no recess, so he only take 1 sweet given by Ms. Yeung, I felt a little bit guilty

if he knows the name of the classmate sit next to him, he told me 'we cannot talk', Ms. Yeung wl stick a 'cross tape' on the mouth, so far nobody get it! He did not tell me the sweet is for spelling nrs.....

My boy (1B) told me they hv PE in the 'Hall' and can running around, didn't mention other activities.

For their Computer lesson, he said no need to bring the text book, same as other class ??

Tmrw is our first Parent's meeting, maybe we can get answer for all our quries.

For the winter uniform, I just write a short note in diary that 'we wl not order' and told my boy - like to summer uniform buy direct from the shop (in case class teacher asked).
