- Application forms are available for collection during office hours from 3 September to 7 September 2011 at the Primary Division of our school.
- The forms can also be downloaded from the School Website within the aforesaid period, or obtained by sending a self-addressed and stamped envelope to the school on or before 3 September 2011.
- Parents are requested to submit the completed application form in person with relevant documents to the school from 10 September to 14 September 2011 during office hours.
- Office hours: Monday to Saturday (9:00 am – 12:00 noon, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm)
