啟思小學附屬幼稚園 (@牛津道) 和朗思 (九龍塘) 之間如何選?

囡囡:
- Small B: born in Nov. 2008
- 語言: 普通話為主

家庭:
- 語言: 兩夫婦說PTH & Eng. (對囡囡說普通話為主, 希望母語是普通話)
- Expectations on the school:
- 重視PTH & Eng.
- 課程不太深不太淺
- Caring的老師
- 囡囡會讀國際學校 (如英基) 或私立學校 (如蔡繼有), 也會考慮啟思小學及朗思國際學校

朗思是英普班 (Eng./PTH half-half);
啟思是兩文三語 (廣東話的class teacher, 每天90分鐘英文老師駐班時間+90分鐘普通話駐班教師安排, Eng./PTH教學時間各20分鐘)

咁其他時間以廣東話教學為主? 咁個外籍老師就協助?? 我以為是90min Eng & 90mn PTH教.

朗思是英普班 (Eng./PTH half-half);
我打過電話問, Eng 1hr, PTH 2 hr 教, 但Eng & PTH teachers 會留在班中, 想問多d 都唔答.下年open day 時再問

- This is what I understood from the teacher at the interview.

咁個外籍老師就協助??
- I think so. English and PTH teachers will each teach 20 minutes in their languages. But I do believe students will have the exposure to the languages since the NET/PTH teachers will stay in the classroom, interacting with and supporting students. On the interview day, I saw students talk to the teacher in PTH fluently.

CPSKG only has 20mins eng & pth lesson per day? the remaining teaching time will be in cantonese? OMG! seems not enough bor.....i just confirmed let my daughter study in CPSKG tim!

I just called the school and was told it's one hour Cantonese, one hour PTH and one hour Eng. each day.

The lady told me on the phone the children would be divided into groups at group activities. I guess it would be like this- when the NET/PTH teachers stay in the classroom conducting group activities with students, they are not teaching to the whole class, but they ARE interacting with students in Eng./PTH. So essentially children would have Can./Eng./PTH time of an hour each.
