該中心以前主要舉辦一些活動給成人參加者，題目多為減壓，現時就多服務小朋友及一些有特殊需要孩子。聽聞效果不錯！

Many thanks for tonytony74's info. Any moms whose kid has attended the class can share their experiences and more info?

My boy attend the course two years ago. Each lesson is separated into 3 parts, 1st lie down, relax and listen to the music, then draw a picture regarding the music just heard; 2nd an exercise develop by the professor; 3rd play some kind of games. Frankly speaking I don't find much difference after my boy complete the course.
