Both of them are famous good school and according to your posts, the school you choosed are good.

I guess you better make your own decision as you're gonna put your kidto the school as you 're the only one who knows your kid's character.

if i were you , i will select true light, as i know that the student has 84% will go to true light primary sch.

What if I'm not living in Central-Western Dirstict, do I have a higher chance to go to TL primary school. I'm a bit confused to the education bureau system.

true light primary school is a private school and their placement is not allocated by "lucky draw" but by their sole discretion i.e. it doesn't matter where you live.
