| Banding in Ma Wan Kei Wai is not outstanding. It is only 1/3,1/3 and 1/3. The banding is fixed since 2000 for all school. New allocation system will be adopted in next one or two year. New system will divide students simply into 3 equal banding so the banding in school now is only for reference on the quailty of the school in past. i feel that Kei Wai has ambition/ pressure to improve their standard. THe result is pending. Actually, primary school in Tsuen Wan is quite aveage. No school is outstanding.. Banding in school are also not outstanding..The outstanding items in Ma Wan Kei Wai is the good campus. Secondary school name Kei Wai Secondary School will be built on Ma Wan (behind Park Island Phase 5). But the date of open Secondary School is pending on government funding..A lot of student in KW are live in Parkland... About 20% for whole school but no idea for p1. Ithink much higher than 20%. Inaddition, 2 class K3 in Ma Wan (Creative) will also perfer enter to KW next year... |
