其他科目如GS用英文書, 但應該用中文授課, 但literature因是外國人教所以必定英文授課, 另外, 請問有無二年級家長可否告訴我, 剛派卷的數學測驗, 你地小朋友幾多分, 或知唔知全班平均若多少分, 我小朋友雖合格, 但分數ma ma 地, 我想知距離大圍有幾遠, 唔方便講可pm 我, thanks!!

其實有D我在test前已同佢溫過, 但唔知緊張定點解, 總之一樣錯, 我可能以後唔再問佢D分啦, 免至佢太緊張, 佢話最低果個得40幾分, 話果個同學收到卷後即刻發悔氣很不開心把份卷dom在卓上, 不過佢話得半小時做成4頁紙太趕喎, 總是諸多借口

你個小朋友都好醒喎, 其實數學這一門學問真係考起我, 都唔知點教, 你覺得係唔係同個小朋友本身性格好有關呢? 還是有什麼心得方法? 其他小朋友數學叻既家長都可否都分享下心得或要注意的地方?

我想你應先帶小朋友去考SFA若他成功獲取錄, 你才去考慮他是否讀得上或能否應付功課, 因SFA面試時是有筆試的, 能否考入要講實力,  若小朋友獲取錄自然有能力讀上去, 其次, 此校基本功課不算多, 小朋友一至兩小時內可完成, 但程度較高, 英文教高一級, 數學則高半至一級, 其實在SFA讀書, 可能學校本身給予的壓力不大, 小朋友都喜歡上學, 但因為學生的程度高, 所以人人都不想落後於人, 自然成績的競爭較劇烈, 則聞有些小朋友在其他小學考得很前, 但轉到SFA後可能在班內變成考30幾(全班40人), 而且, SFA是沒有直屬或連繫中學的, 但每年派位都不錯, 若你想小朋友打好根基為主, 這小學是不錯的選擇, 這些資料希望對你有幫助

我所以這樣問你們, 是想了解我的小朋友數學不好, 是否我教不得其法呢, 所以問問你們有沒有什麼特別的方法去教, 謝謝你你簡單的回覆已給了我具體的答案, 很喜歡你的比喻, 小朋友一切都從興趣而來, 我的小朋友不太長於數學卻很喜歡畫畫和語文

我都覺得小朋友少些功課, 多些時間較好, 這樣我們家長的自由度較大, 學校今年安排不錯好像處事靈活了, 而新來的老師聽小朋友講都幾好, 但點解今年無小二家長茶

2A 在每一次seen dictation 後會有一次unseen(it means if this cycle dictation lesson is seen dictation and then next cycle dictation lesson will be unseen), 其他班是否一樣?

有無人知P2 next cycle english dictation 範圍, 係唔係默第三課, 定係unseen, 因為網頁上的好似重覆了上次已默了的範圍, 可能錯了, 有無人知呢? 問小朋友佢又話chapter 1 - 3, 我說這是assessment範圍呢, 但佢又好堅持, 所以我確認下

東東媽咪,

1)SFA的程度是否深是見仁見智, 其英文科較一般小學讀高一級, 而數學讀高一至半級, 常識用英文課本, 所以小朋友的英文程度很重要, 其實深與淺在小朋友而言是沒有意義的, 他讀得上便是淺, 你讀不上便會覺得深
2) 面試時不需面見家長, 只會考小朋友, 內容有多張papers包括中英數, 約考一小時, 每年應考人數都很多, 一般經過殷選, 考得上的自然應有一定程度,
3) 其功課量較以往少了, 小朋友專心做一兩小時應可完成, 老師方面我無聽過小朋友說很惡
4) 將軍澳可選搭媬母車
我覺得學校的好處是小朋友又玩得又讀得(這一點你面試時可以feel 到), 同學間關係好小朋友很喜愛上學, 而家長都有一定水平, 但SFA沒有連繫中學, 其派位情況可參考學校網站, 希望這些資料能幫到你

筆試咩?唔係Listening咩? 應該係Listening喎, 從來都無話過有筆試, 你地知唔知GS fill in the blanks 今年有無宇供選擇, 因我問老師都無覆, 我唯有都跟她串宇啦, 串到死死下    , 仲有literature比以前深好多,形式又應該唔會好似以前噤出, 我都未同佢溫, 課文佢明都好啦, 什麼Hydropower, electricity....個字噤長你要佢寫出

Thank you for your reply especially regarding Putonghua, she hasn't told me about the written test. She has just completed the oral assessment yesterday and she said it's quite easy.

I think after her first assessment we will understand whether the fill in the blanks will have words provided or not. That means if no words provided to choose in the first GS assessment, then it will be the same format in their exam. Actually, it's quite difficult for a child to spell those long words, may be I was too nervous.

For literature, I think the child must first understand the whole book and if we have time just let them spell some important words. Anyway, I think the questions from Miss D & Miss Arsnell will not be so difficult.

Yes, my daughter's class teacher told the whole class that they must remember the spelling of words. 去年P2都唔使串字, 唉!真係一年深過一年呀!

我都覺得本Lit 重深, 不過我想外國人出題目應該淺D, 而且, Lit沒有GS禁重要, 唯有盡量讀啦, 其實, 以我理解本書應該係五年級架, Level one 是一年級用, level 5自然係五年級啦, 你睇本書後面得六個level (p1 - p6), 若有人真的朦查查唔知要串GS 嘅宇, 到第一次GS assessment 之後實知喇, 但衰左個assessment 打擊自信之餘, 那時才急急要小朋友死記D字應付Exam先慘, 你知啦要在這樣短時間記那樣多字個小朋友真係好辛苦架, 好似我, 今日, 同小朋友串佢都唔係好熟D字, 而且都好辛苦, 溫左2個鐘書要玩番3, 4個鐘先回到氣, 我記得fertilisers這個字好似我Form 1 Geography 先學架咋 , 所以無論小朋友考試成績好唔好, 比起其他小朋友, 佢地嘅耐力已經值得我地讚賞, 不過現在辛苦D, 長遠而言對佢地都係好事, 所以我都唔反對去串, 這樣佢地實際真係識多好多字架, 唉! 各位盡力啦 !

你記錯喇, 你講果個上年在大棠嘅係家教會辦嘅picnic一般在星期六自由參予的, 11月21日係學校旅行去年都係小朋友自己去架, 家長無份架

If you means GS assessment, my daughter said the highest marks in her class is 100 , one of her classmates is just transferred from another school to SFA P2, even can get 48/50 in her Chinese assessment . For my daughter only got the pass marks in her Chinese assessment. Both actually is a shock and also pressure for me! For her exam, actually, I don't expect too much la

I also wonder the answers in some questions are not so clear and may mislead the students. Don't you think that the part regarding tense quote" It's raining today. I ________(watch) TV at home. Mary__________(help) her mother......" I cannot clearly remember the content. However, I just wonder why we have to use Present tense in all the verbs of this part. If the first part is "It is raining(present continious tense) today" why the sentences follow are not using the same tense? The teacher said that the answer should be "watches" and "helps". However, I think "is watching" and "is helping" should be better. I also wonder "resent tense" should only be used when something that is a truth or some habitual actions. I don't think the word "today" means that we have to use present tense in the verb follows. So I think only the last two answers of this part should use Present tense (that means the word "behave" & "give"). I don't mind the marks but I think these kind of questions will only confuse the child about tense. I am not so good in English, may be I am wrong, if anyone have different ideas, please also let me know.
