I think it is not that difficult to get admitted by St. Francis if you put it in your first choice. Marymount is still the no. 1 primary school for many parents in that net - subsidized english primary school is so rare.
For your reference, I put Marymount 1st, followed by St. Paul's and St. Francis is only my third choice this year.
The Franciscans I know are quite and obedient. But I hope that my girl to be more outspoken.
Regarding secondary schools, I would prefer St. Francis than Marymount. A school with stricter disciplines maybe better for girls at their rebellious age.
