Most parents here shared their ideas about international primary schools. Can any parents talk about their considerations and preferences on choosing an international school? Which one you preferred most and why?

Is your child studying in an international primary school?

For me, most international secondary schools are good, depends on which system or cirriculum you prefer. The only unknown to me now is the Middle Year IB program used by Renaissance College. Is it a better program than the traditional UK,US, CAN or Australian cirriculum? Is there any successful case in any schools in other countries adopting MYP?

Dear WYmom,

Thanks for your sharing. My chidren are not going to secondary school in very near future but a few years later. I think IB will be the trend. Just want to involve more parents to the discussion only. Parents with chidren in different schools may join the discussion and offer insights.

I think more and more ISs will adopt IB. ESF schools are on the way. Some SC graduates got excellent IB results. For example, some of them got full marks.
I think it may be too early to compare various ISs, since it take time to see the IB performance of their students. Thus, any other apsects to judge if a school is good?
