My daugther studies there for 3 years, so far so good. But don't expect too high.

Why? B'coz student wont be ablt to learn much there?
They claimed that a 2.5-year-old girl who have taken their courses there are able to recognise a few hundred words!

My son attended Ms. Heidy's class in Helen Doron (Laguna City) since 3 years.
My son and I liked her very much.
He benefited a lot from her Letterland Phonics course. He also attended the playgroup for 2 years. I don't think it is important to learn a lot of vocabularies at this stage. I just want a happy environment for my son to immerse in English while playing.
You may ask for 1 free trial class to see if you like it.

Thx for your advise. I think I'll let my son attend the trial Lesson first to see his reaction. I actually like the "english"environment there that all teachers and receptionlist speak english with the children during and after lesson.And with a small game room that children can play toys before attending the class. I shall give my son a try.

可否給我藍田Helen Doron 地址或電話,我有興趣帶我個4歲小朋友試堂, 試堂是否不收費?那位導師比較好呢?

Do you know anything about John's education in Lam Tin, How's their reputation? I dont see too many children when I look up from outside. Any comment for John's Education?

My son takes English private lesson at Lam Tin Helen Doron early English . They charge $250 per hour. Which is very reasonable. My son studies there for almost 1 year and he likes it very much. The teachers are ABC (American born chinese), they have well experience on teaching kids from 2-6yrs old. But the private lesson only available from Tues-Fri 10:00am to 4:00am. After 4:00 they have regular lesson, and forget about Sat becuz the regular classes start from 9:00am-6:00pm. I ask once if they can teach private lessons outside. they said the Lesson is only available from 10:00pm- 3:00pm and they will charge from $350 -450 per hr depends on the location.

Thx for your advice. I toke my daughter to Helen Doron for trial Lesson. It was quite good. My daughter liked it very much. Miss Heidi is a nice teacher. I think I will join her class. But the admin told me they will renovate the centre during Christmas holiday and will offer new english courses. I heard that they may even change the centre name too. But she told me that the owner and the teachers are still the same, the courses still remain, they just want to expand more different type of early childhood courses. Not just strictly English lesson. So proper name is more idealistic. In next year, they will have japanese lessons and music playgroup....etc.(I dont remember others

). My daughter probably will join in after the renovation

藍田間麗港城Helen Doron月底話轉名
收到消息,藍田間麗港城Helen Doron 月底裝修完後轉名, 叫做 My Siubo Early Development Centre. 佢地話會開日文親子班,同音樂話劇班. 佢地一月頭會有Open day 試堂喎. 你地覺得個名點呀同埋有沒有興趣去open day 呀?
