Some one said we should receive the form by this week but I still have not receive it yet.

Any one has received it, please advise, thanks.

I have received the letter of 大抽獎 last night but the form should be got from the centre on Jan. 21,2006. They just send the sample form, not the original form for us.

If we need to go to the centre to collect the form on 21st & 22nd, then when should we lodge in the completed form

We collect the form from the centre on Jan. 21 & 22 & also submit the from on these 2 days.
