Compared with HKUGAPS, is St Paul Boys a good choice after converted to DSS for about 3 years? Any comment please.

其實唔可以用HKUGA同St. Paul Boys'比，佢地既理念同教學法都唔同.

兩者一個柴灣, 一個西環山道, 都差好遠路程, 而且教學性質有好大分別, 無得比較.

Anyone has idea about CD's question? We live in N.T., if my son can admit to St. Paul's boy, we definitely need to move house. It would be a big decision for us. If the school is really good, I would definitely move house without hestitation.

I don't mean my son has a great chance. Just want to plan ahead.

I have checked “明報06/07 升小選校全攻略”, “小學概覽” and school website of St. Paul’s College Primary School and St. Paul’s College, I found the following points:

1. St. Paul’s College Primary School does not reveal the performance of their P6 student, such as the percentage of student to be selected by band one secondary school and English school.
2. St. Paul’s College does not reveal the performance of their F7 student, such as the percentage of student to be selected by Universities.
3. According to 明報06/07 升小選校全攻略”, five schools with top percentage of Band 1 student in Central Western district are: St Paul Co Ed (65%), St Peter PM (58%), Sacred Heart Canossian (53%), St Peter AM (47%), Catholic Mission School (33%).

Just received acceptance letter from St. Paul Boys'. Luckily, my son also admitted by Pui Kiu College. Is there anybody could kindly advise me which school is the best and which school should I choose for my son. Many thanks.

My son is also offered by St. Paul Boys'. If I were you, I would choose St. Paul Boys' because Pui Kiu College is too new. Where do you live? Even if I live in Ma On Shan (plan to move house if necessary), I still choose it.

Does Pui Kiu has a secondary school. St. Paul Boy's has secondary school with strong alumni connections. e.g. 5 out of 60 legislative council members are graduated from St. Paul boy's.

My son is also accepted by St. Paul's Boys. I would give up the offers provided by other schools and choose this school. The P6 results might not be good as compared with SPCC in the past. However, she became a DSS school since 2003. The quality of kids will be much better than before as the principle has the right to choose her favour kids. The acedamic performance is improving. The kids of my friends are studying in St. Paul's Boys happily.

they are so different! one is a protestant school, the other is a school wih strong political background.
