最乾脆的方法, 就是只有一輪攪珠, 在11月就有終極結果, D家長就自然識點決定, 選津貼, 直資或私校, 唔駛折磨到明年6月!

I have since come to the conclusion that if the EMB announce the Round 2 results too soon, they will be hard pressed to justify their existence for the for the rest of the year. If they delay the results till June, then at least they will appear to be gainfully employed until June, by which time, it's just about time to work towards the following year's application....!
2) Their replies to 2 was a load of sh**. I bet they will think and behave differently if it were their child in the lottery game....
