I think u can have a new application in that case. But in our years, there was no such requirement, maybe it’s a new policy. If you gave question, feel free to call the admission office, they are willing to answer you

Noted that they got 2-year deferral restriction if we elect to keep the current ...

Just email them and ask, they are willing to answer questions. I think the 2 years policy is newly added.

They change policy depending on the situation eg workload, covid.
Long time ago each candidate could only attempt 3 times in primary, then they changed to unlimited (maybe for more admission fees), then they implemented this 2 year-rule, maybe due to too many candidates cumulating yearly and generating too much workload especially under the covid, cuz they tend to assess all applicants in primary, unlike kindie.

year 3, not yet as the 2nd assessment is postponed due to covid-19.

I heard someone just received offer this week. Should be more senior level. Not sure if they had taken the 2nd assessment

Anyone have news yet?
