I wish I knew too. I don't think anybody have the complete picture.
The other way round, I can only estimate the number of students admitted at 1st round and 2nd round in different primary schools:
For the approx no. of places offered by each primary school at 2nd round 統一派位 in 2005 you can click into different school nets of below website.

The no. of places offered by each primary school at 1st round 自行分配學位 is more or less same as 統一派位 places, because each primary school has to reserve about 50% of total primary one school places for 統一派位, unless the no. of applicants (such as those that have brother/sister studying at same primary school) exceeded a certain percentage.
There is no way you can get information on the no. of students admitted by "each primary school" at third round.
