我想知芭蕾舞on pointe係咪會起水泡同起枕o架咁咪會好痛o羅我個朋友同我講d枕係成世o架喎係咪真o架我好想知呀

水泡又唔會成日都有
起枕就.... 唔en pointe都會0家啦

多d做番護腳, 浸下暖水, 查多d cream, 會好好多

anyway, 你初學, 冇咁快俾你 en pointe 的....
三兩年之後先諗呢個問題啦
so far 我咁多年都未起過一個水泡, 嘿....

Do you all learn ballet since young or when you are adults? I wisht to learn as well but is it too difficult to start now?

Just make sure you protect your toes if you go en pointe.  That's why we have toe pads and some people like to stuff and wrap their toes with pantyhose.

I remember one time I forgot the toe pads and after going en pointe for 5 minutes or so, my big toes started to bleed and there was one blister on each big toe.  I had to wear toe cap (Scholl's) for a few weeks until the wounds healed.  But don't worry, the blisters will go away.

One more thing.  Make sure you buy shoes of the right fit.
