trinity shd be easier as oral only ma~ no spelling and wrinting. it's ok to train yourself and my daughter took G1 & G2 already

Trinity GESE is the spoken English examination which requests oral communication only, but Cambridge examination requests listening, writing and oral. So Cambridge is more difficult.

For your child 3.5 years old, I think it is not old enough to take the examinations because both Trinity and Cambridge request the students have 5 years old when they take the exams!
