my daughter is a mixed and was born in HK.
im a chinese, and her father is an african who can only speak english.
and actually its impossible that if she doesnt speak any chinese coz she is livning in hk, even if i speak eng to her only, she also needs to communicate with her grandparents in chinese.
but anyway i would like to know is she from cat 1 or cat 2?
