I am a Canadian Chinese and living in HK now. I want to do a research on the right approach and path to international schools in HK. Heard alot about ESF and non-esf, can anyone tell me what are their differences? Which international kinder is good but not as difficult to get in? ANy privilege if we hold canadian passports? When is the best time to apply? Someone also said if i get in nursery like tutor time will have better chance of getting into good international schools, is the rite?

You may want to consider Canadian International School where you will have an advantage in Stage 2 of the admission process due to your citizenship. Here is its website. http://www.cdnis.edu.hk/
