| i personally prefer no. 2; after the completion of pn in victoria, u still can apply 2011 admission to skh or sh. i believe building confidence in learning is important to baby at this stage (mine is also 0801). k1 curriculum is certainly more advanced than n1, however the amt of knowledge they acquired is not critical. instead they are educated to explore and discover through experience and to have fun. i just worry if attending k1 as a super small b, they might face difficulty in accomplishing tasks (as compared to big b) and that may disencourage them to learn. as you mentioned, victoria is strong in developing language proficiency and it is a clear advantage over kinder in ur neighbourhood which provides limited english or mandarin exposure. also, u need to consider which school you prefer to stay if she cant be admitted to your ultimate target. |
