Worthy to try.
Instead of English learning, more precisely description is that it provides an English environment for learning.
Whether good or not depend on what you anticipate. (I was OK with them).
However, if Teachers' color & race is one of your MAJOR concern, you need to think think (It was the situation years ago. I don't whether it is the same now).

Toddlers' World of TST YMCA is a very good pre-nursery school. Although most of the teachers are Indian, they can speak native English. They are caring, patient, and have the qualifications of an early childhood education. My daughter was joined from Sept 2008 to August 2009 (incl. summer course). She enjoyed her pre-nursery life very much.

我個仔1998同個女2000係TST YMCA讀Toddler' world... 個陣就好好..... 依家就唔知....我對仔女依家讀緊ICS.....反而中文唔係幾好......

My boys born in 06 and they joined the class from the min age 1.5 years old. We tried King's Park which the environment is excellent but less children there. we also joined TST's, the place is smaller than King's Park but the facilities and teachers are also very good!

We played there for more than 1 yr!

do you think the English environment there is sufficient for BB to enter IS if he starts there from 1.5 years old? I only speak Cantonese with my son, with a hope he could grasp his mother tongue first. And he watches English DVDs from time to time..
