It depends on your situation. For me, I've several reasons for attending playgroup:
1. let my baby to meet more babies/people
2. give him some group activities so that he can get along with others more easily
3. learn something, e.g. singing, words, disclipine
4. my maid doesn't know very well how to teach/play with my baby
BTW, I learnt from your website that you are a teacher, which subject are you teaching? I believe you must have more ideas about education than us.

Hi siupopo,

l'm also looking for some baby play gym or play groups for my babies. Which one are you joining now? l'm looking for something with more gym and social activities rather than concentrate on training their right brain or left brain., etc....

pls recommend some !!

I took my son to playgroup since he was 7-month old.
He joined Gymboree when he was 7-month old. And since this Sept. he join Anfield's Toddlerobic. He is now 15-months old.
