From my understanding, I think Girls are Pink. Boys are Blue. I recall when my daughter went interview, all the girls were holding pink forms, and boys went to the other side to interview, and were all blue forms.

The green form ( I received this time) for my son (nov baby).... and my friend's children..... is when you have SOMEONE (a student) who is attending kentville to help you get the form.
Pink and Blue is when you directly mail to the school to get the form.

Ultimately, it makes no difference because it's how your child performs that day, not the colour of you form that determines success or not.
