For me, it is not acceptable but NO choice!!!! Both buses(from home to Kwong lee road & return) have no seat belt & handle

My son's school bus to Kwong Lee Rd has seat belt but no handle. The care taker would also help him to buckle up everytime. However, I don't know there's nothing for shuttle fm Kwong Lee Rd to Tin Hau as I "supposed" they shd hv. Its quite unacceptable ar.......!!!!

Sorry for mis-leading. As per my son, shuttle bus from kwong Lee road to Tin hau HAS seat belt(he said the car is new). Just the school bus of our route has NO seat belt.
I don't know why all public vans need to install the seat belt but school bus for KIDS can be an excepted case.
