Letterland Phonics

Any recommendations for letterland phonics in Kowloon side for K2 kids.  Native or local is OK as long as the teachers are qualified teacher to teach Letterland.

You can try the 樂天 centre (2333 3246) near Whampoa. They have letterland classes on Saturday and Sunday.  Local teachers but experienced and qualified.

I took a trial class of Letterland phonics with my kid last weekend in Lok Tin (2333 3246). It's a bit far away as I live in Tsuen Wan but I found the class is good. It's a small class with another mummy and her kid.  It is proved that a local teacher can also be good to teach phonics if she is an experienced and qualified letterland teacher.  We 'll take the formal class with the mummy and kid in May.

Yes, I accompanied my kid to take the class because he is just 3 years old.  If your kid is older, you may not need to accompany him/her.  My kid likes the class very much.

Liumama,

Please check your pm for details.  They are in Whampoa (2333 3246) and have 2 teachers. I think Ms Wong (Sunday only) is quite good. They are one of the official Letterland teaching centres.
