If you live in Kowloon and/ or near Hung Hom, you may try 樂天 (2330 5887). They have good language courses for kids including English like phonics, Mandarin and Japanese. Small groups (2 - 4) in the form of playgroup. My kid is studying Japanese there. Two friends' kids are studying Mandarin and phonics there.
