Thanks a lot for quick response.  I only need to know whether notice 49a/12 requires any prompt  action from parents.  If it does, I will ring the teacher and if not, I can simply write a note in the handbook to request for a spare copy.  It seems 49a/12 falls into the latter category.  Anyway, really appreciate your help.  By the way, I am very glad to know that Thomas is back to normal.

聽你咁講我都好担心，我個maid月中開始要放成兩個幾星期，一於學校聖誕假放幾耐佢就放足咁耐，最慘要我做足兩個星期賓賓

It was really a hard time for me to handle house work and also Thomas without a maid. I think I am a typical working mom.

I think your kid may feel frustrated like Thomas if your kid is very close to your maid. Thomas was fine in the first week but he became more emotional in the second week - sometime cry, behave disorderly and also be very naughty. He did not know how to answer when I asked him "How can I make you feel better?".        Anyway, it may or may not a main reason for his change, but everything seems better now. Good Luck!

Thanks for all mothers' kindness to Thomas and me.

Thanks for your sharing. House work is my weakness, can't imagine how will my home look like in that two weeks.

I will try to spend all the times to play and eat with Wai Wai, hope she will not think of the maid that much.

其實我都唔知係個"田"字,都係上綱睇到大家話"田"至知咋!我見手冊都係寫上週教"田"字,所以應該冇錯la!!

我在 2004年 K1 topic 留言，問她們有否曾經向學校反映 過 K2 有 NET 這個問題，但現在都未有媽咪們 '騷' 我呀！

妳地有無人認識 K2 家長呀？！

i know some K2 mums and mentioned "2 teacher/class (Eng+Chi) in K2-3" to them. They said some parents sent letter to the school before ... the only difference is they can see NET at the beginning and the end of the class (a good and smart gesture to show that the school is willing to add more NET?)...
i continued to ask them if they want 2 teachers in K2-3 ... seems that they're quite satisfy w/ the existing situation and think that SC's Eng standard is already very high even w/o NET stay in class in K2-3 .... guess those I know are not those who sent letters to the school.
I'm not sure if the school will take our request into consideration, but i think we should try.  I do think the school charge too much ($34XX? in K2 and $36XX in K3 ?) if no NET as class teacher in K2-3 ... not sure if i'm too mean
