請問網上申請VISA 時, 是否只須俱備以下文件便可?

學生的有效護照（有效期須多於半年）
家長的護照（親父及親母）--- 身份証都得?
學生的舊有護照（如有）
最近一次的成績表（附有英文翻譯）-- DSE?
家長同意信（需有家長親筆簽名）
學生的出世紙
肺結核報告
學生的身份證
CAS

IHS/VISA 費, 是否申請後才付款?

我見documents you'll need to apply:

proof you have enough money to support yourself and pay for your course

亦見網上AGENT 的申請須知, 有寫經濟証明正本及影印本
