The very top US universities requires SAT/ACT.
You can still apply by using IB, DSE, GCE A-Level et ...
I think I need help here.

The above is applying to Stanford. If I am correct, I need, among others:
Non-U.S. Educational Systems
Official documents that note your grades, marks, or any predictions are required and must be sent directly from your school as part of your application. There is no need to have your marks converted into an American GPA. Testing for International StudentsThe SAT with Essay or the ACT with Writing is required for all undergraduate applicants. Students graduating from a high school outside the U.S. are required to send an official score report at the time of application. In order to be considered official, scores must be sent to Stanford directly from the testing agency or reported on a transcript. If no sittings of these tests are offered in your country, you may request a testing waiver. The request must be submitted by a school official in writing by email ([email protected]), mail or fax: (+1) (650) 723-6050. Include your full legal name, school name and date of birth at the top of the letter. No form is required. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), although not required, is strongly recommended for non-native speakers of English. You may submit your IELTS scores, but note that Stanford does not recognize the IELTS as a measure of English proficiency.
I need my school results (i.e IB predicted grade if I take IB) and SAT/ACT. Is my understanding not correct?
