How do they assess if not based on tasks?
They did ask kids to do some tasks, but it's not the major parts of their assessment, they observe child's responds instead, so even your child can't complete tasks as requested doesn't mean the interview is failed, as long as you child did try to make things done and react to teacher, you still got chance, I am not sure whether my approach is correct, I never interrupt teacher and child communication during interview, I won't pick my child's hand to finish tasks, instead, I may sit next to child and let her try by herself, I don't care whether she can finish the tasks as requested.
