It's never scientific to measure what's 谷. Different families have different measurements and sources. I found some schools certainly are more demanding than sjps both in terms of the material as well as the way to test and have exam on. On the other hand, one may easily find schools that're not as demanding. I have been talking about schools with band 1 results, ,not comparing with others.
Most important remains the question: Does your son fit the style of the school? This is far more essential than solely evaluating the school is/ is not demanding objectively. Even a school is demanding, some may find it fit; on the same token, some may find those "easier" or "happier" learning not fitting their children.
Has anyone watched the UK program comparing British teaching vs Chinese teaching. Few UK students found their results soared after being taught by Chinese, while there were many found it too demanding although results were slightly better. |
