Because my girl attend the GCSE course from year 10 to year 13. I think they will grant the visa according to the lenght of the course.

Thank you, the visa grant is up to 2013 for your kid, i.e. from F.2 to F.5, right? Most likely, they will give the visa period per the visa letter. So luck that you won't to go again nex ...

係佢地的guidance裡面好似要求有一年學費及生活費。所以唔需要有4years course fee 。我只跟足指引做。

Yes, the quidance has stated that. I was worry as the officer who checked the bank statement has asked us if our funding was sufficient.

我個仔都係16歲半,都係申請child,一來學校封信係child,二來好似申請general的話,要個仔自己戶口名有相關存款,父母戶口有錢SUPPORT佢都唔得,希望可批五年讀到大學畢業,就唔使多二年後再要申請...

今日遞表..個staff跟據checkist黎收文件.我囝囝最後都用左general黎申請.早幾日先同佢開戶口跟住入左一年既生活費加學費(The Maintenance requirement for (General) Students and (Child) Students aged 16 or 17 years living independently).
To qualify for Tier 4 of the Points Based System you must be able to demonstrate that you have the tuition fees and funds to support yourself and any dependants. The maintenance amount for the main applicant is calculated at £800 per month if
you intend to study in the Inner London Boroughs (see below), and £600 per month if you intend studying elsewhere. For courses of up to 9 months duration you will be required to show that you have the full tuition fee plus the appropriate
monthly amount for each month you intend to be in the UK. On a course of more than 9 months you will be required to
show that you have the first year of the tuition fees plus either £7200 or £5400 depending on whether you intend to study
inside or outside of the Inner London Boroughs (see below)
If you apply before 30 September 2009 you will only need to show proof that you have the money needed, on the day that you apply. You must provide bank statements/other evidence to support this.
見個staff完全都無睇到網上下載個份申請表同附件8裡面填既資料有無唔岩..只係睇所有文件既正本跟住checklist既要求有就√
跟住仲問我點比簽証費用..我開頭都聽唔明.要paid乜野..跟住我意識到係話簽証費..我話返比佢知用BNO唔使比喎..跟住先睇返我囝囝本護照..佢先知係BNO黎..(真搞笑)好求其..我財務資料都有比埋我既bank statement正副本.存摺只係比左副本(跟本就求其睇下就算)睇完晒就話我知要keep起護照15日左右..確認返我個電郵比返個籌我叫我地等叫名做生物檢定..做完晒所有野就走囉..希望今次咁求其既遞表..無問題可以成功羅到簽證..所有文件正副本都收晒..我無比存摺佢睇所以無收到(唔知要唔要收)
仲有一樣野..(後尾先知)羅學生簽証完來係安排左一上到二樓左邊有個地方既..寫住studen visa check point..我今日約左1100時..係1045時就去到係個guard到羅左兩份交件.一張綠色號碼咭.(其中一份係checklist比網上既少左d野..另一份係問有無曾經去過英國同埋乜野時間去過..囝囝無去過所以都係答NO.)想講既係個guard無話我知羅studen visa係有一個check point位只係叫我係大堂位置等叫號碼..而check point 位係唔使等叫號碼..羅左籌就一個跟一個排就得..我計時係大堂都等左成九個幾字..如果知道有個check point位可能唔使等咁耐架

唔緊要..其實應該多謝大家..好彩係有大家既提點..唔係今日可能無咁順利..遞表過程大約唔使五分鐘就check好我既文件..因為個staff跟本無乜點睇內容..不過都見到其他人係其他counter到比個staff問話個樣無那樣無..話要再黎過..如果佢地都有睇到呢個topic可能就會好順利遞表成功
