I've called to school for enquiry today and the lady who received the call told me that the letters for 2nd interview are releasing day after day continuously. She said there was no exact date for the end of of 2nd interview until they received intruction from the principal. She advised all parents to be patient during this awaiting period. Hope this is true and the hope still exisits to us!:D

我覺得NO. THREE 所聽會來應該是正確的, SPCC 只會見200 個 for 2nd in, 見兩個星期什麼都見完, 大家應已有心理準備, 不要期望什麼.

今日終於完成了2nd in, 終於可以暫時鬆一口氣了...未進行之前一路很緊張, 但見到校長時, 即感到校長很nice. 她先稱讚完小朋友之後, 便立即問我們覺得自己的小朋友如何, 然後她說她們學校因為程度會較深, 而且會訓練小朋友很多critical thinking方面的skill, 所以學校喜歡收一些mature一些的小朋友, 因他們的吸收能力和自信程度都較強.我的感覺是她很喜歡我的小朋友(因他確是個無論外表和內在都很成熟), 只是到最後當她看到我們住得頗遠, 便emphasize了一下要注意小朋友的上學距離。那我們也很serious的跟她說我們已在物識上環或西環一帶的住址....

天父既然給了我們這個機會, 我相信祂定必會為我們預備及帶領我們找合適的配搭!

請問有冇媽咪知道今年SPCC大概收到多少個applications? 我知道DBS 同DGS 各自都收到大約2000個applications﹐甘SPCC 有3,000個申請都唔出奇喎﹗

直資聖保羅男女中學附屬小學，小一入學申請截止，雖然校方下學年將學費由四萬八千元調高至六萬元，但今年仍接獲約二千個申請，較去年約增加數十個。

I can recall that the Principal just ask us two questions last year:-

1. 點解會選我地呢間學校 ?

2. 你們有什麼想問我 ?

Then Ms Lee kept on introducing the school and telling us the bus route, the schedule of moving-in to the new campus, the teaching method of the school, the PTA, etc and we just nodded our heads and smile. Our son is now studying in P1. So good luck to you.

SPCC今年有2000多人考(男與女唷)
DBS則是1900多人考(男生)
英華都有1800男生考了

SPCCPS 5 x 30 = 150
DBSPD 5 x 30 = 150
YWPS 5 x 32 = 160

Chance of Success is SPCCPS < DBSPD < YWPS

1st in – child interviewed by the Principal / Vice-principal
2nd in – 200 candidates selected after the 1st round.
Parents interviewed by the Principal.
150 got accepted and the remaining 50 be waitlisted.

Are they mostly from SKH Kindergarten?

If the parent or brother or sister of the kid studied in St. Paul co-edu before, does it mean that the kid must be accepted?

How long does the 2nd interview take?
