好多人都話天水圍天主教小學幾好,唔知係咪呢??
又或者你o地認為有乜好o既學校可以提意吓比我呀~~

TSW Catholic Primary School (TSW CPS) is a good choice in 72 net of school lists. There are another two also good with similar reputation and banding in the same net, TSW Gover't Primary School (TSW GPS) and QES Old Students' Assn Primary School (QES SAPS). These three are on top of my daughter’s list in TSW and have some in YL.

Any parents would like to give comments?

I heard that this is the best primary school in TSW in terms of students' academic results and performance. But bear in mind this is a traditional school, if your son can adapt to traditional teaching environment that would be fine for him. Normally girls do better in this kind of school. I chose it as my son's first choice last year but we failed on the 1st and 2nd round allotment. We didn't try to 'knock on the door'. I've friends who successfully got places there but gave up later and chose one at Tuen Mun instead. My personal opinion is, whether a school is good or not depends a lot on if it suits our kids.

So which school is your son studying now?
I think it's quite difficult to get a place there as they only offer 81+ applications for the 1st round allotment. As you know the population of TSW is huge and expending these years and you would imagine the competitions. But my daughter likes it very much when she saw it at first time.

是的  天水圍天主教升中入BAND 1是56% 非常好
不過就難爭一點

其餘伊小正校   天水圍官小   天水圍循道

各位,

我女女係天天(天水圍天主教小學)升小三, 有甚麼有關這校的問題, 希望我可以幫忙答答丫。

客觀上, 天天每年獲派Band 1及英中的比例是很高的, 平均每年都達5x%, 聯系中學係天主教崇德英文中學, 亦係區內出名的Band 1英中, 今年派去崇德的天天學生大約5x人, 大約佔3x%。這是學校早前在網頁內公佈的數字。

天天的確是天水圍區出名的小學, 而且如果各家長打算選讀, 要有準備這校的程度較其他小學深。有甚麼其他問題post 上來, 看我可否解答 ：另外, 唔知有無其他天天的家長在這裡交流交流

我都係住72區,心目中都會選佢做首3個志願,如果咁情況..天水圍咁多人,真係無政府咁講有7成人可以成功.咁跨區入元朗會否可以博一博.我老公係天主教,但我個女無領洗...即係無左5分..

I am pleased that you find my comments helpful. Luckily my daughter entered tswcps in the second round allocation. It's true that the admission possibility is very low with only 15 points. If you really likes this school, you may only choose to join the lucky draw in 2nd round allocation and I guess the chance will be 50%. Or if 2nd round fail, you may still "knock the door"of the school by producing a application letter together with your daugher's academic report and other certificates of activities. The chance of admission in the third round will be greater if the school knows that you choose it as first choice in both 1st round and 2nd round allocation.

ps: could you tell me why your daughter  likes this school so much

你可以打去學校問下, 爸爸係教徒有無五分, 我有個朋友, 老公係基督徒, 小朋友未受浸, 他問所屬教會取了一封推薦信, 成功取得五分,在第一round 入到區內都幾難入的小學。所以我覺得, 你可不妨一問, 其實這五分宗教分的介定係有D含糊。

It’s really hard to tell (feeling shamed). She just expresses to me that TSW CPS is the school that she would be studying so far. I guess she enjoys this school with all facilities as she expected. I told her the school would have another newly built tower that will be opened and provided services this academic year. It would have a new central library, a music room etc. She likes reading and music.

重收唔收其他嘢㗎(如成績表),收後補位時,需唔需要面試,
同埋學校對一些成績欠佳o既學生有冇援助,及老師同家長

係自行分配學位時, 學校不會收其他文件(包括成績表及信), 但後補要不要面試,我唔係咁清楚, 你可打電話問問學校, 不過如果你在第一, 已階段都選此校, 証明你有誠意入讀, 叩門獲選的機會會大很多。

由小二開始, 有功課輔導班, 替成績較差的學生補課, 學校溝通方面, 每年在期終試派成績表時,都會有家長會, 班主任與家長面談, 學校亦有家教會, 不時舉辦講座及親子活動, 學校去年增設有內聯網, 家長及學校, 或學生與同學老師, 可透過內聯網通信及發放訊息。
我個人觀感, 老師教學及對小朋友有熱誠及愛心, 因為女女很喜歡學校的老師, 亦很喜歡上學。希望我的資料幫到您, 亦很開心您們都是很有誠意的家長, 希望您們的小朋友將來是天天的小師弟, 小師妹

係呢, 你仔仔現在讀邊間幼稚園呢, 我聽說, 天天很多小一生都係英藝及德怡升過來的, 應該話係這兩間幼稚園的學生, 好多揀天天

今年有很多英藝學生成功"knock"天天門, 因為佢地拎住校長信, 而呢兩間學校既校長係"老死"黎既. 所以就算派唔到, knock門既成功率都會好高.

另外, 個人認為獅子會何德心正上位, 今年派位也不錯, 較有系統, 是一個好選擇.

反觀伊小和循道程度太淺, 不及天天及獅小. 不過最緊要是看看自己的小孩是否適合.

俊宏軒幼稚園.....而且聽Missling講o既(老死)關係,咁咪叩門成功機會都好微?? :cry:

我個女係元朗讀,咁叩門真係難啦..我問過老公佢連領洗紙都吾見晒,又無去教堂..以前係西營盤教區架..而家搬左入來.咁人地會覺得你吾係真係教友??真係吾知點好..
另邊度知何德心派位呀?我想睇.明報本小學天書會否有呢??

My daughter will be p.2 in TSWCPS next year. I think it is a good school. However, it is not the only good school in TSW. Methodists, QE, and some others are also good. Of couse, it is really difficult to get a seat in the first round if no brother or sister is students of these school. Only hope is the lucky draw and the 3rd round. Last year, I know 7 kids of the same age as may daughters. All are first child, only the one choose the school that her mother was the old girl of the school can get a seat during the first round. Further more, the school is not the most top school in the district but good enough. So I think the school you choose in the 1st  round is only to show your willingness to the school when you need the 3rd round.
So just choose the school you think most suitable for you kids in the 1st round will be ok.  :exclaim:  :exclaim:
