I think it would be very difficulty to 硬性規定校巴/保母車只可以接載去果一個"註冊地址", because some of the kids may have take care by grand-parants at day time, and then will back to their home everynight.

1. It seems very difficult, because under the law, they cannot list down all the requirement one by one. Which can do and which cannot.
2. Does 虛報假地址 is 刑事 or not? But they only discharge your opportunity if they find your address is not ture.
So they will request the applicant to make declaration when suspect, because when they find your address is not ture after make the declaration, this case should be 刑事, the maximun penalty is 7 years.

今日我湊女放學, 又聽到有個家長講, 俾教統局來信要佢下星期二之前去遞交住址証明文件, 睇嚟今年真係查得好緊喎！

for her address at net 41. It seems really serious for this year.

good luck to your friend because they won't accept any public affair address in second requested. They will check very detail when they want you to submit any new proof.

1. 樓契
2. 加蓋印花買賣合約
3. 加蓋印花租約
4. 差餉
5. 公屋租約
They must in your or couple name

actually anytime you can change your address, but on or before 26 & 27/1 should be better, because nobody know the lucky draw will held.
If change before the draw, you can draw what your choice,
If after draw, they only assign the remaining to you.

年底才新屋入伙? 07? 08?
no problem in the end 07, you can change anytime, they will doing some further request if they have suspect.
08, cannot, because you are not liviing there during the lucky draw.
