my sister-in-law's son transferred from Kowloon Tong School to La Salle some years ago. He was the 1st from his grade every year - K.1 to P. 3, just need to pay school fee for K.1, K.2-P.3 are all free of charge. His mother wrote letters to La Salle every year starting P.1, replied is no place; but got a chance to sit for exam for P.4. After the written test, he had a chance for interview. and he was the only one who admitted to P.4 out of about 20+ boys from interview.

My La Salle friend said that the admitted two P.2 students also came from Kowloon Tong School. But she said that she didn't know the academic results of these two students.
