Difficult but nothing is impossible.  Do you remember the chairman emphasized that the landlord was softened on Monday.

Perhaps althernative suggested by MarkChan is a good trial:

ie. <<stepped rent, having a cut in the rental for the first year and with a gradual rise in the rental for the coming years but capped to the rental asking by the landlord ie the current rent>> but how long should the lease term ley?

My daughter will have an interview on next Saturday 11 March for 2006 Aug.  After I've read all your comments and I am sure this is a very good nursery, I hope Pui Yen could fight for her best.

Please keep interview on 11MARCH and please let your child stay in PUI YEN if they hv turning point... cause this is really comforable school for Child study and growth up

It is no harm to apply and interview first to get more understanding on the nursery in person.  

I fully understand your worry that there is a possible change in the 行政同埋教育方向 if it finally 同其他機構合併.  But from my understanding, the prinipal is working hard to search for 機構 that has similar 教育方向 with Pui Yen.

Simultaneously, the parents of Pui Yen give full support of the nursery and is approaching the Council and asking for the continuous support and running of Pui Yen.

Thus, if you consider it is one of your target school, don't lose the chance.

Hereby, I annouce to all of you with my heaviest heart that, Pui Yen will cease to exist with its name commencing from next calendar year as another education institution has rented its place.

Thank you for all your encouragements, supports and concerns during these days.   Being one of the parents of this school, we have already tried our best and endeavour every effort to save the school.  However, it is too late.  I can only say that, this commercial world is not worthy of this pure nursery.

I can tell you now.  Cannan International Kindergarten has rented our place.  

Whether we will 'merge' depends on our parents' decision.

The nearby Cannan only run half day school.  Perhaps it want to develop full day nursery.
