The password is in the initial email (VEO-acknowledgement of application for PN class) that was sent very early in time. Try to look into the super tiny words and then u can find your password

你一次填申請表嗰陣時，會有一封confirmation email 俾你，你會有密碼。封信應該係10月發出黎嘅

我有password and login details, 但佢話我個application number invalid.......
Send左email問，CS 話叫我click 頁底既"reissue confirmation letter"
Click左之後而家話3日內會send返俾我....................

希望唔洗真係等3日啦~

I checked my email thoroughly.  I applied on Oct 1.  On that day, the only email related to Victoria was the PayPal receipt of the application fee.  The next email was in December regarding the interview arrangement.  I did not receive the initial confirmation email, and neither did my husband...

我再睇清楚所有email，原來報名時個confirmation email既application number，同之後叫我地去interview果個email既application number真係唔同左........

剛剛試左同新application number and confirmation email password入，得左！
