YORK見親都收?

我大仔剛在約克畢業, 現在亦為細仔安排了下年入讀 K1.

老實說, YORK 真的很商業, 但好在他們的英文程度真的很好, 用Letterland Approach 教 phonics, 又安排小朋友考小學生考的劍橋試, 中數程度也不錯, 因此大仔現在讀得很輕鬆.

另一方面是如前一位家長說, 學校有不少活動, 小朋友上學非常開心, 不像某些學校只有測驗和考試, 小小年紀, 上學最緊要開心學習呀嗎！

My son is now in SFA and he is having a happy time there. To be honest, the syllabus to him is easy and the only problem with him is careless mistakes.

因為我和阿仔是天主教徒，所以最初希望讀天主教幼稚園，報了St Teresa和德信，只有德信收下午班，首先我們已不太願意讓阿仔讀下午班，後來聽朋友說德信並不太著重語文方面（英語與普通話老師比例偏低），所以最後沒有選

撇除以上因素，德信也有好的一面，有直升小學，校風良好，學生成積也不錯（我有一個中學同學是德信舊生，會考有8A，HKU first hon!)

SFA 出晒名要考 paper, 相傳有6,7頁, 因阿仔傻下傻下不太可靠.

他考完說不難, 唯一特別是有連加減數, 如：8+4-2
所以可以在閒時訓練一下小朋友的數學, 多考他們一些較深的應用, 因為SFA 是極為注重數學的.

YORK 的中英文應可應付考試了.

I've got the confirmation last week and tell me to register 28 Oct.  Anyone received it yet?  But I have another interview with Creative early Nov, should I go then?  Please advise ..

I will also register on 28 Oct and will definitely study there.

But I will still go to interview for St Catherine just to let him meet more people.

No more than this lu! Too tiring to try too many la!
