其實我對高幼的印象都不錯, 相信小朋友的品格培養會做得好好。不過殘酷的是,如果KG程度不夠,,將來考小學是很困難的。適齡學習-理論上我明白,但現在小一面試的問題是真的小一程度的,一個剛讀K3兩個月的學生很難應付的-。如果轉讀高幼他日高小不收, 小朋友程度不足以考到其他學校就弊。再者,如果学校大部份學生都不是升高小時,為甚麽要改名做“高主教書院幼稚園“？是小學部對高幼冇信心嗎？我覚得至少要收回七成高幼生才合乎道德。

情感上我認為要100%直通到高小就真!
不過, 叫高主教唔係因為呢個原因, 係因為要紀念高主教呀嘛....辦學機構一樣名稱一樣都唔代表必須一條龍, 否則乜學生只要交學費都照收入去你都驚啦.

而且考小一, 幼稚園幫到你只係一半都唔夠, 最重要都係自己加小朋友努力啊!

小學部對高幼無信心, 我覺得...都係架.........

HI

Now there is one K1 am class and K1 full day class. Each around 15 students. Together with K2 & K3, total no. of students in school is around 5X.

Next year there will be 3 classes of K1 am and K1 pm. K1 class will then have 30 students per class. Now there is two teachers taking care of the K1 class.

Yes, I asked the principal on that day for the no. of application for K2& K3.

I called the kindergarten and asked before the interview date. They didn't tell me the exact number, but just saying around 1xx application (which i am not sure if that's true). For choose one among four applicants is for K1

120 places for year 2012-2013 (60 for AM and 60 for PM).

The principle said that since there will be 180 K1 intake in year 2012-2013, therefore there will be 180 K2 for year 2013-2014.

What i know is 90 seats (30 am & 60 pm) for K2, and 60 seats (30 for am & pm) for K3.
Can anyone clarify that?

我都記得係30 am, 60 pm for K2.
因佢要预留30个位比現時K1.

GAT提到現時K1 am & whole day 有大約30人, 呢30人若留低就會係上午班, 全級K2 (12/13) 刚好total 120人.

其實校長係個簡介會到講左，如果家長要求小朋友要學好英文同普通話嘅，高幼係唔會適合佢地，因為佢相信家長本身已經係屋企同小朋友訓練，學校好睇重小朋友嘅自理能力，同會用邏輯思考教學，教會小朋友學習如何思考或分析，呢啲正正係外國嘅教授方法，唔會讀死書，當然有幾大成果就要比時間睇下啦。
校長更高度強調課程一定會涵接到小學，叫大家放心，如果家長而家已經唔認同，咁就真係要認真諗下如果收左讀唔讀啦，無謂後悔。
仲有，佢地係有聖經讀架。

1 拿出一籃物品，要拿相同物件比老師
2 拿出一籃積木，要拿某數量的積木
3 圖畫題，講物件名稱
4 圖畫題，問男仔唔會着乜，當中有衫、裙等等
5 試卷題，中文認字連線到公仔
6 試卷題，填顏色
7 試卷題，數學-圈正確數量的物件
8 試卷題，英文-圈出beginning letter of some items

最後送禮物要講多謝

K1淺好多呀，問動物名，砌積木，考顏色，攞相同物件，最深都係問雀仔係行定係飛。
我個女唔記得snake，將狗仔講左貓仔，其他都ok.

For K2 interview, the process was very excited cos u just sat beside your kid and the teacher kept asking him questions....just want to know if any smart kids can answer them all correctly.

BTW, it seems that the primary section will take all the k3 students( 13 current +30 am +30 pm=73). Am I right?
