King’s College
The Procedure of Application for Secondary One Places After the Release of SSPA Results
(For admission to S.1 in September 2022)
Application Period: 26/7/2022 - 27/7/2022 (Before 4:30 p.m.)
(If there is no vacancy, the application procedure will be suspended.)
Applicants must possess outstanding academic performances (with grades not lower than A- in
Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in P.5 and the first term of P.6) and good
conduct (P.4 to P.6). Those who are admitted by other schools or do not belong to the School Net of our
School could also apply if they fulfil the abovementioned criteria.
The details of the application are as follows:
Deadline: 27 July (Wednesday) 4:30 p.m.
The application form and photocopies of supporting documents should be
submitted to the School’s General Office (Application by post is not accepted)
Application form： Applicants may either download the form from the School website or collect it
from the General Office
Available from： 13 to 27 July
Office hours (for obtaining Application Form)

Supporting
documents:
Applicants should provide the Hong Kong Identity Card for verification when
submitting the application. There is no need to provide photocopies of the
Identity Card. (For applicants who were not born in Hong Kong, photocopies of
documentary proof of valid right of abode in Hong Kong must be provided.)
The photocopies of the following documents must be submitted (Please bring
along the original copy for verification) :
- Report cards of P.4 to P.6
- Admission Slip (if applicable)
- Proof of outstanding talent (certificate or other related documents)
Date of interview： Eligible applicants will be informed by phone to attend an interview in the
morning or afternoon of 29 July (Friday).
Interview
arrangement：
The interviews will be conducted in both Chinese and English.
Admission Criteria： ‐ Proficiency, communication intelligibility and skills in Chinese and English
‐ Analytical thinking, communication and leadership skills
‐ Conduct
‐ Personality, values, learning attitude, extra-curricular activities, achievements,
academic performances and comments by the Primary School
Announcement of the
result：
Admitted applicants will be contacted by phone on or before 1 August. A valid
telephone number and email of parents/guardians must be provided on the
application form. Students concerned will attend the Pre-S.1 Attainment test on 2 August.
Remarks: 校務處在正門口轉右，好易揾，內裏職員態度 ok 大家放心交表，唔好因為網傳某市區頂尖官中校務處交收申請表如審犯兼諸多挑剔而被嚇怕。大家小心梯級便可以了！
