I have heard of this centre and I do check with their website when I looking for English class for my son.  I did not choose this one as their location is not near to where we live, therefore, I am afraid I cannot provide you any advise on this centre.  Just want to share my experience of finding a learning centre, besides the word of mouth from others(which is pretty important), I will check with their website(if there is any), phone them and ask them many questions   , like: the size of their class, the no. of the teacher in one class, certificate gained by the teacher(if necessary), their syllabus and the price.  If I am really interested in enrolling, I will visit the centre to check with their environment before making any decision.  Hope this can help.
