my brother's two sons are studying in this school, k3 & P1.....the teachers said deducted primary class is short-term futurn plan but not sure the time. They told the parents that is also asked by gov't wor! In fact, in the k3 son's class , only 6 kids can promote to P1 (06/07) in the 1st round. The ratio is only around 1/5. However, maybe because there are many kids bornt in year 2000 la.

About only 80 students can enter the Secondary school....... the Primary school told the P1 parents in the parents day. And most primary students know that and try hard to get higher marks and place!

Very low success rate in 1st round 一D都唔出奇阿。你覺得好出奇咩？   I think 年年情況差唔多。
1st round 只係睇你有几多分，講真一定唔會好多人係舊生(仲要係小學bor, 中學old boy 都無分)， 或catholic，或有哥哥讀梗小學, right?
真正結果要等2nd round 或 '叩門'之後先知。
聽聞命中率唔低。

我都聽聞多數會照顧返st.jo幼稚園生,
以8班計每班30人=240人
聽講只係攞50%出去大抽奬,
即係仲有120個位剩返比叩門,
所以絕對可以留返晒st.jo kinder.

I heard we have to apply  寶山幼稚園 when the baby was not even born yet, is that true?
