歧視 矮小的孩子??

5 years old at 96 cm is beyond the normal range and well below the 3% line. Some children lack growth hormones which cause them to grow much slower than others.

Anyway, there is no harm consulting the doctors. The doctors at Prince Wales will keep track of the growth pattern of the children and no medication will be prescribed unless needed. If the child really lacks growth hormones, it is much better to get proper treatment than until it is too late (when he/she passes the growth period).

你地講矮，　就等我Ｄ高人發表一下，　因為我女都曾被人歧視 我大女２歲已經高９８ＣＭ　ＬＡ＜　佢Ｅ＋７歲已經高到１３７ＣＭ　ＬＡ，　讀幼稚園時問題都無咩出現過，　但一上小學就幣ＬＡ，　佢連續２年比２位吾同班主任用歧視眼光睇佢，覺得佢高人一個頭，好易會令小朋友受傷，佢地以為高大就好大力好大過（可能Ｅ為我女係新移民大人一歲讀書），　我好嬲同佢地講我女同其他每位小朋友一樣年紀及思想，不要用身高同年紀作比例    哎 :cry: 生得過高都係有錯

Oh, dear! That is what I am worry about. Poor girl! I am really sorry for your daugther. Why can't these people let kids have their peace and don't treat them differently.

細個生得矮小冇問題,第日大左青春期發育會追到高度。我舊時排隊一定排第一或二,依家標準高度160cm。

小學生矮小有著數,編坐位永遠前幾行,聽老師說話睇黑板都清楚d。坐後排的高學生,多數上課唔專心,因為意為老師望唔到就作反。

She have already been monitoring by QE hospital  when she was a baby. She was in the middle of the growth chart when I gave birth. Suddenly she dropped to below 3% as she didn't like milk. Since then, she grew along her own growth line right below the 3% line. Now she eat a lot but still short. Her growth hormone test and some other tests were OK, but her bone age was only 3 years old when she was 4. Now she  is  5 and will see the doctor again next month.

其實我都想講下生得高都無咩著數的, 因為生得矮會比人低估佢的能力, 但當你做得到的時候, 人們都會稱讚 生得高就會比人高估佢的能力, 當你做得唔好的時候, 人們就會覺得發展有問題 (唔會留意小朋友的真實年齡). 1歲多的時候, 人地以為佢成2歲幾, 就會話咁大個仲未識講野! 另外我小朋友好多時常課外活動都會出現這些情況, 上畫班老師會教比較多線條的圖案佢學, 當發現佢力不從心老師同我傾, 是不是平時好小比佢用筆劃畫寫字, 最後原來老師以為我的小朋友5歲大, 其實佢12月先4歲, 仲有上泳班我小朋友同佢同年同月的同學一齊去學(矮大半個頭), 明顯教練對我的小朋友較高要求, 同佢同學講野就陰聲細氣. 仲有仲有..... :cry: 我自己明白好小人當佢做得好的時候會讚佢, 覺得佢係應該做得到.所以每次我都好用力地讚佢.

我個囝都係矮小的，在校並不會被歧視。

If 將軍澳 保良局幼稚園 個 校長 really did that, then he/she is not qualified as a educators, and i think this kindergarten is kind of no-use.

chumamma, forget this kindergarten, sure that u don't want tour kid to enter such a cold-blooded school.

If your daughter's bone age is below her actual age, then your daughter will probably catch up later on. Mine is poorer. Her bone age matches her actual age, which means it is highly possible she will stay on the 3% line.

請問什麼是bone age? 我個仔通常都在3%徘徊. 果間幼稚園唔讀都罷. 附近有冇救世軍或基督教服務處的幼稚園? 呢兩個才是口碑好的機構

骨齡(bone age)即骨骼的年歲，医生在手腕位置照X光，如骨齡細過自己的年齡，医生話有得追番。

不過，我記得囡囡3歲時照骨齡，骨齡係足3歲，當時個医生話骨齡大過或細過都是不好的，點解唔同解釋嘅㗇

佢冇照過骨齡, 佢身高和體重都在3%上下, 身型合比例, 兩歲半仲好似未足兩歲, 所以個樣好cute.

我覺得身高與智力一d 關係都無.

我都算係矮人一族. 但由細至大, 讀書都係頭幾名, 而頭幾名既都有高有矮, 年頭出世, 年尾出世都有. 我一d 都唔覺得大過左之後有乜分別.

我最討厭就係細個時, d 親戚成日搵我地黎度高, 真係好hurt 小朋友, 但大過左, 只係覺得佢地好無知.

所以大家唔駛唔開心.
