The figures showing the no. of F6 places left in a school can be misleading. In Hong Kong, very very few schools operate 4 F6 classes, providing 120 F6 places in total. King's is one of them. Their class structure is as follows:
F1-F5 5 classes in each form
F6-F7 4 classes in each form
In fact, most secondary schools in HK only operate 2 Form 6 classes. So it's not surprising for King's to have a few places left after Phase I.
