It seem many parents here praise RC... I would like to know more about this school, I know they do not have kindergarten. Hm... so, which kindergarten graduates are easier to be accepted by RC?  I live in Tai Wai and I just wanna know any good kindergarten(s) close to my place that is/are good for my boy to prepare applying RC?

RC stand for Renaissance College which located in Ma On Shan.

Any YEAR 1 vancacy for application ? Can I phone to RC now or waiting in End of August ?
I was sent the application on March. But now, no any news. Can anyone tell me wait or make a calls on Aug/Sept?

你小朋友 interview RC 未？Grade 幾 ? 好似好 full, 我兩個小朋友那班早兩個月不停有揷班, 最近更多人來校交 form.

It is better for you to call the school now if interview is possible this year, last year, i have a friend that call the school several times and they let her to have interview, there is no use just sitting and waiting. I just received the school calendar and the first school day after summer holidays is on 21 Aug, and the school is requesting confirmation of College places of current students and so some possible places will be released after mid June ( if the parents not reserve their place next schoolyear ) , but i think this is for year 2 and up only, as year 1 is new classes.

請問小朋友現在是在local school讀小二, 讀得不開心,  想幫她轉到ma on shan的英基就讀, 但她成績很差, 在填applicaion form的時候可以怎麼辦呢? 多謝各位的指教! thanks.

Yesterday, I phoned to admission. She said " temporaily, to handle the Jan & February application and March will be later. Maybe next term of 2007-2008 can interview after summer holidays. So I only waiting for a sit or apply for next international school for new term.

I think, you'd better call the lady in the admissions and ask her to give you a chance for interview.   Just as belledog said, there is no use just sitting and waiting.  Since the RC is a new school, it's still not yet well-organised.  The lady has power to let you to have a chance for interview if you can persuade her.  Try!  Just try! Otherwises, you need to wait for next term and maybe there is no seat for your child at that time.

RC 的收生要求很高,因為有太多選擇,要筆試&面試,但一試無仿.
