Yes.
Scholarship only for subsidy as the cost is far to high to cover all. Remember you still need to spend on rent, transportation and food which is the basic needs when you live in overseas.

我個妹去左芬蘭讀U, 唔駛比學費, 只係比生活費, 如果你慳慳地, 一年生活費大約4-5萬左右, 只要你申請VISA時, 銀行戶口有5-6萬比領事館睇就得, 而且可以做part-time, 我妹今年暑假搵到份part-time, 月薪大約$15000-$20000, 開始左佢既半工讀生涯.
