wah yan is chinese primary and secondary already said no more direct intake from primary because afraid will affect 75% requirement.
very danger to study in wah yan now days.
good method is join sjc primary then jump to wah yan sec if sjc secondary do not accept.

Would you please tell me more about who said no more direct intake from Wah Yan primary.  Is it confirm yet?? When will it effective?  If my son study Wah Yan primary this coming year, that means he has no chance to study in Wah Yan secondary in future(year of 2012)??  I'm very worry about your news!

st jo學生原校升中一絕對唔易架(我估你問100個人, 99個都會咁答), 如果無記錯應係8班小六爭5班中一, 聽聞考頭100就實收, 考第101已經要靠運氣至可以原校升....

How come we Wah Yan parents haven't heard of that ????????????????????????????????????

don't be naive, if school (wah yan) tell you that no more direct intake, you parents will march on the streets, look at ST Mark after they said they dis-link with primary, look at the reactions of the parents. Actually, in a latest news report , wah yan refused to disclose their plan.
I will not consider wah yan anymore. That is my choice. Play safe now than regret later after join wah yan.

我都幫個仔考慮緊華仁架.......你係邊得到消息架....

不過我諗......小朋友係掂既呢,係邊都掂,唔升華仁仲有好多好學校,唔掂既話,st joe仲西得勁啦.........一個唔該st joe跌左出黎,灣仔真係無乜選擇啦...........

其實Wah Yan 同St Joseph,究竟邊間的程度較深?
聽聞Wah Yan的中文很深,而St Joseph的英文較深.
兩間學校是否都是很大競爭呢?

早排你話華仁斷龍已是一大笑話，
而家佢地只是直屬關係，何來斷龍！？
如果因為新語言政策，即結龍學校要75%達標，
所以大把傳統名校hold 住喇，又點只華仁？
仲有早兩日都有人post 過又有新改動，
我唔係度講喇，你自己有心就去搵喇！
咁如果學校唔結龍，咁便要終止直屬關係，
你口口聲聲話華中唔收華小生，
無錯吖，如果唔結龍當然無直屬額喇，
但又唔止華仁有呢個問題喎…. 何況無一間學校表態喎。
St. Jo、喇唦、St. Stephan’s Girls、協恩….
間間都有脫鈎既機會。
咁你又點知St. Jo 穩陣可以直升呢？
家長要多D認知，亦要幫助孩子，
一齊努力，好多沒直屬中學既小學，
D學生都自強，打做出好成績，
唔使靠直屬學額考進一級名校。
如果有一日華小真的跟華中脫鈎，
只要努力，機會同其他官小一樣，
邊個掂，咪邊個考到囉！
